Position Overview and Responsibilities:
Moderately skilled work in the inspection, maintenance, repair, overhaul, and replacement of all irrigation systems at all DMS managed properties in Tallahassee. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Repairs, overhauls and replaces defective parts on irrigation systems.
- Performs preventive maintenance on irrigation systems.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of irrigation parts.
- Complete work orders and submit paperwork in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience and knowledge of irrigation systems.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time walking, standing, bending, climbing and exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
