We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly from initiation to completion. This position involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines, manage resources, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction and design projects

• Coordinate schedules, resources, and information between teams

• Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives

• Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality checks

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
