Sales Performance Manager
You join our Belgian subsidiary based in Dilbeek as part of our Retail Excellence department (REX). Its main purpose is to ensure full control of the most relevant business and in-store KPIs, to drive sales and productivity successfully.
You lead the BI and Data visualisation activities related to commercial KPIs, provide deep-dive analysis and insight to Sales teams (mainly the Sales Manager and her Area Managers) in order to continuously improve the performance in the shops.
You manage a direct report.
Key Accountabilities and Mission:
- Monitor average length of each funnel segment, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if required.
- Work along with IT, Supply chain, Operations and other company functions to reduce unproductive times boosting productivity of our retail structure.
- Ensure appropriate execution of Operative Protocols
- Regularly share KPIs and best practices with other countries, with a great focus on KPIs and routines of our Retail structure.
- Guarantee the best in-store customer experience, working along with the marketing department and acting as connection point between Strategic Marketing and Field Organization.
- Lead the design, launch and implementation of all projects related to in-store excellence.
Your profile :
- Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering or Statistics.
- At least 5 years experience driving business performance through complex set of data in an international and matrix organization.
- Advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, statistics formulas) is required, and knowledge of PowerBI.
- English is mandatory, completed by French and/or Dutch (bilingual is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Ability to balance the big picture and the details.
- Ability to influence direct and indirect stakeholders and work effectively with senior leadership team across the organization.
