<p><b>Job Description</b></p><h1><b>Are you passionate about the role supply chain resilience plays in enabling world-class operations at the LEGO Group?</b></h1><p></p><p>Then this is a unique opportunity to bring your strong analytical skills, cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities, and end-to-end supply chain expertise into play and join our team as the Global Process Owner for Strategic Supply Chain Risk!</p><p></p><p>No relocation assistance is offered for this position.</p><p></p><h1><b>Core Responsibilities</b></h1><p>Through the COVID-19 pandemic, our Supply Chain Risk Control Tower was established to support decision-making to improve resilience. Now an integral part of our S&amp;OP process, it provides a solid mechanism for the identification, monitoring and mitigation of relevant supply chain risks for the LEGO Group. </p><p></p><p>We are now ready to expand the scope beyond the S&amp;OP horizon and into more strategic (&gt;18 month) supply chain risks. As the Global Process Owner for Strategic Supply Chain risk, your primary responsibility will be to secure strategic supply chain risks are well understood by key stakeholders across LEGO® Operations, providing leadership the information they need to make informed choices. More specifically, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and continuously update the strategic supply chain risk management process, maintaining oversight of key strategic <span>risks, constraints,</span> <span>dependencies, and</span> overall resilience levels.</p></li><li><p>Monitor macro trends and emerging risks to ensure definition of supply chain resilience for the LEGO Group remains relevant.</p></li><li><p>Support risk owners in the development of mitigation plans both proactively and reactively.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate cross-functional working groups with stakeholders across Procurement, Corporate Risk, Government &amp; Public Affairs, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning and Finance to assess resilience levels and identify critical dependencies, in support of recommendations towards senior leaders. </p></li><li><p>Support integration to corporate strategic planning to guide CAPEX decisions and impact relevant corporate KPIs.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Play your part in our team succeeding</b></h1><p>The S&amp;OP team partners with the full value chain to understand the constantly evolving risk profile of both supply and demand and ultimately secure the necessary trade-off decisions to protect our company’s end-to-end balance. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality materials and facilitating highly engaging meetings across the value chain.</p><p></p><p>This role is critical in supporting a supply chain experiencing transformational changes through capacity expansion, sustainability investments, and automation and digitalisation, during a period of continued strong commercial momentum.</p><p></p><h1><b>Do you have what it takes?</b></h1><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience in consultancy and/or a global organisation with a strong end-to-end supply chain understanding.</p></li><li><p>MSc in Supply Chain Management, Economics or equivalent field. </p></li><li><p>Highly IT literate, including SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics, and reporting tools.</p></li><li><p>Advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate risk scenarios and support strategic, data-driven <span>decision-making. </span></p></li><li><p>Exceptional stakeholder management skills with strong self-awareness and the ability to tailor communication (day-to-day, presentations, workshops etc.) of complex topics to diverse audiences including executive leaders.</p></li><li><p>Ability and flexibility to collaborate effectively with global colleagues across different cultures, time zones and formats (online and offline). </p></li><li><p>Proven experience navigating matrix organizations.</p></li><li><p>Excellent English communications skills.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, persistent, strong drive and can-do attitude.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Additionally, it would be an advantage, if you have: </p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in supply chain risk management or business continuity within a multinational organisation.</p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of digital supply chain mapping and risk intelligence tools.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
