Sr. AI Engineer (Remote)

Overview

• Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a Sr. AI Engineer to support our US Government client.
• This is going to be a 100% remote position.
• SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.

Responsibilities

• Utilize big data computation and storage tools to create prototypes and datasets.
• Integrate, test, tune, and monitor solutions.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HRTS applications landscape and document existing gaps and opportunities for AI and Automation.
• Propose solutions and recommendations for system enhancements, including software updates, integrations, and process improvements.
• Generate AI Models and Algorithms for HR purposes.
• Develop project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Perform research and testing to develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then 4 additional years of related experience is required.
• 8+ years of IT-related experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development leveraging AI, Analytics Support and Leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat Java, Python and GitHub.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical team members.
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
• All candidates must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last 5 years. Military Service excluded.
