Within a team of experts, provide end user support level 2 for BPCE group (120,000 users) on exchange OnPremise and Exchange Online.
Analyze and resolve complex incidents concerning exchange recipient objects (boxes, lists, contacts).
Understand and identify anomalies in the provisioning and synchronization processes between the different domains.
Perform documents and procedures for the team and various levels of support.
Perform common service requests and operations on BPCE exchange platforms.
Participate in operations improvement and automation.
Participate in migration projects and evolutions
We are looking for a Messaging Administrator (local contract) to join our BPCE IT business Unit.
IT Messaging Support analyst N2 specialized in Exchange and collaboration platforms (local contract) to join within the PFC – “Plateforme Collaborateurs” business unit in Porto.
We need a specialist to help on the troubleshooting of the incidents around communication platforms like Exchange / Outlook, Microsoft 365, among others.
As a specialist in communication software, your role will be crucial in understanding the users’ problems related to all our collaboration applications, finding a solution or workaround for the reported incidents and working on creative and efficient solutions to persistent issues.
You will be in charge of all the communication between L3 and L1 support, and problem escalation to Microsoft and other vendors if required.
Missions:
- Maintain narrow relationships of cooperation with other entities and teams of the Infrastructure department;
- Ensure the resolution of L2 user incidents on all M365 collaboration;

- Ensure availability of technical resources;
- Troubleshooting email tracking;
- Propose solutions to improve incident management;
- Contribute and participate in email migration projects;
Qualifications
Main Technical Requirements:
- Experience administrating Exchange hybrid mode
- A significant experience of Outlook client support
- Knowledge in scripting with powershell
- Problem and Incident Management
- Knowledge and experience with Automation tools (Ansible);
- Monitoring of technological developments (Zabbix, Splunk, …)
- Ability to propose a solution adapted to the problem
- Ensures quality
Other Requirements:
- Contribute to the monitoring and control of investments, maintenance
- English level B2 / French B1
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous, while capable of working within a team and with other teams and/or experts
- Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker
- Client focus
