Mind Friend is a fast-growing mental health platform with a network of over 100 registered mental health experts. We are expanding in the U.S. and are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to take on a full-time Regional Manager role in California.

About the Role:

As Regional Manager, you will oversee Mind Friend’s operations in California, collaborating with psychologists and mental health professionals, managing teams, and organizing psychological research and content production. This role requires both clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive Mind Friend’s impact in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage collaborations with psychologists and mental health experts in California.
• Oversee the organization of psychological research and content production.
• Ensure quality standards in professional mental health content and services.
• Strategically grow Mind Friend’s presence in California.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology.

Licensed Psychologist in California.

Experience in management, leadership, or coordinating professional teams.

Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.

Passion for innovation in mental health.
