We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an essential part in executing marketing strategies that will enhance our brand's visibility and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to engage with the audience and drive traffic to the website.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop promotional strategies and materials that align with business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects.
