Job Description

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

In the International Category Management team you will be closely involved in the deployment of winning category strategies to all our global markets. This includes collaboration with local markets, leveraging shopper and commercial insights as well as trends to create value-adding content for our global platforms and support category management projects with retailers. A key part of this role will be coordinating with local teams around the world and assisting with shelf space reviews and Global category training. 

INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

In our International Key Account team, you will gain broad experience within the various sales channels and customers – both from an Headquarter perspective as well as a from a country market view. You will support the HQ team with analysing sales and shopper data, help to develop conceptual sells and presentations for customer negotiations, furthermore, support in the annual business planning process by information gathering and feedback preparation. Additionally, you will be able to work independently on special projects in the area of customer profitability and omnichannel Key Account management. You will work closely with the local Red Bull teams from all over the world and facilitate best practice sharing sessions for specific channels and market clusters.

SALES ANALYTCIS & BUSINESS APPLICATION

As our business expands, there is a growing demand for analytics and the implementation of a new Sales Execution Tracking Tool. You will work on analytics projects, build compelling data visualizations and provide insights to fulfil the increasing reporting and analytics needs of our On Premise Sales department. Additionally, you will closely work together with the team that manages the implementation and global rollout of the new Sales Execution Tracking Tool. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Red Bull by leveraging your analytical skills and assisting in the implementation of innovative tools.

ON PREMISE DISTRIBUTION & KEY ACCOUNTS

In the On Premise Key Account and Distribution Team you will support in managing our top Global Key Account partners while also working on acquisition, management, and growth of other established Global and Regional partnerships. Our overall strategy and partnerships around the world need to be profitable, efficient, and ensuring a continuous development of our brand. You will be responsible to collect and track Global agreements and streamline the available data sources. You will also play a vital role in the yearly business planning, by adapting and improving the planning template and collecting viable feedback from across the markets.

EVENTS & FESTIVALS

The Global On Premise Events & Festivals team is leading the global Event & Festival strategy and supports local Red Bull teams to deliver impactful Third-Party Event executions and inspiring B2C & B2B events. You will be working closely with other On Premise teams, HQ departments as well as the local Event & Festival managers to experience first-hand global strategy & project roll-out, starting from the very first idea until the final execution incl. commercialisation and content creation. A key part of this role will be to support the HQ Events & Festivals team alongside various projects with guidelines, tracking & reporting and insights while also driving your own projects.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2024.

You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
