Nightwing is seeking a a seasoned Enterprise Architect to help to develop and deliver on a migration strategy to support a new business as we build new SaaS presences and migrate legacy data onto these new SaaS presences. The ideal candidate would need to be technically capable, enjoy learning and introducing new technology to help colleagues and customers embrace and adopt that technology, and be skilled at communicating technology strategies to internal customers. They will also need to be adept at interacting, communicating and partnering with other departments within our organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure success in building business services onto SaaS instances
• Ensure success in migrating and transforming existing legacy data onto new SaaS instances
• Build deep relationships with decision makers within internal organizations to enable them to be “Cloud advocates”
• Design secure SaaS instances, integrated with NIST-standard zero trust identity architecture
• Design end-to-end workflows with user outcomes foremost, simplifying ease of access and use
• Strategy & Innovation: articulate business/industry fundamentals (e.g., ROI, CBA, TCO); understand regulations and operational excellence; familiarity with business strategy and trends in the IT industry (e.g., CI/CD, IoT, Predictive Analytics
• Technology Breadth: demonstrate architectural best practices applied across a breadth of technologies to solve organizational problems, articulate views/roadmaps for future development, and understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
- Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
- Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
-An existing security clearance is preferred; the ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
-Ability to support the team on site most of the time in Dulles, VA
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
-Knowledge of Workday HR systems
-Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite
- Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
- Experience working with end user or developer communities

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
