Cedar Sinai Park is looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse!
This is a full-time, benefited position. The shifts are Saturday-Monday, from 7:00P.M.-7:00A.M.


We are located at 6125 SW Boundary St. Portland, Oregon 97221, in the Raleigh Hills area of southwest Portland. We are on bus line 54 and 56 from Portland to Beaverton.

Summary- Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents, under the direction of a Registered Nurse; to ensure the Robison Jewish Home goal of providing care to our residents in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity.


Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

· Supervises unit care of residents, assigns duties to Certified Nursing Assistants, evaluates completion of duties, and makes reassignments as necessary to ensure provision of service to the residents.

· Observes, documents and reports any significant changes in the resident's condition that warrants medical and/or nursing intervention.

· Assures the provision of nursing services and takes action to ensure fulfilling resident wishes and promoting the least restrictive alternative of care.

· Revises care plans daily as needed, by identifying problems, formulating measurable goals, and incorporating resident/family wishes and teaching; while respecting and promoting the resident to self-direct their own care.

· Administers medications to assigned residents as ordered by the physician, including intravenous services.


Required Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications

· Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing required.

· Current, unencumbered license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
