Regional Field Sales & Education Manager
AKT LondonAbout the role
Regional Field Sales & Education Manager. Remote (in Territory). East Coast / West Coast
AKT (pronounced “act”) is The Personal Performance Company with multi award-winning body care that may change your life. Founded by West End stars Ed Currie and Andy Coxon, AKT is by and for those who are “Born to Perform” — on the stage, at work, or in life.
In 2020, The Deodorant Balm made its stunning debut to rave reviews and awards from Vogue, GQ, Esquire, and Harper’s BAZAAR. Plastic-free, aluminium-free, and gender-free, The Deodorant Balm instantly resonated with those looking for a natural deodorant that genuinely worked. Five fragrances and over 700,000 happy armpits later, The Deodorant Balm is already becoming a household name.
To this day, every new AKT product is put through its paces by London’s hard-working theatre community to ensure it lives up to the high standards of its founders. As a rule, AKT’s products don’t break character — ever. It’s this effectiveness that has propelled AKT from the backstage to bathroom cabinets, bedside tables, duffel bags, and carry-on luggage worldwide. And the good news is — the performance is just getting started.
About The Role:
In this newly created role, reporting to the Director of Field Sales and Global Education, the Regional Field Sales Manager operates as the senior field leader for the region, driving in-store revenue growth, strengthening key retail partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. The role leads and develops regional field sales and freelance teams and works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Education, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to deliver cohesive execution across merchandising, sales, education strategies, and key retail events. Externally, the role serves as a primary liaison with the Sephora store and regional leadership, building trusted partnerships to support mutual business objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth operating environment following the brand’s recent US launch and rapid expansion within Sephora. Success requires strong retail acumen, people leadership capability, and deep familiarity with prestige beauty retail, with the ability to translate strategy into impactful in-store execution, manage regional performance and forecasting, and own regional financial results while championing brand values and culture.
Frequent travel is required, with an expectation of spending significant time in-store and within the region (approximately 50–70% travel) to coach teams, partner with retailers, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
