• Working Team Lead responsible for all production on ball screw line
• Coordinates the work of all team members on the line
• Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and products, company policies, and team procedures.
• Required to perform the work in any job classification equal to their own classification.
• Serves as a resource to other areas/teams in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
• Review work order routings for correctness and tooling requirements for each job.
• Assist in the orientation, training, and motivation of all associates.
• Perform 1st piece inspections when needed.
• Provide personnel input for department.
• Assist Manufacturing Manager in providing performance feedback and yearly review of team members.
• Maintain accurate department records as needed.
• Enforce Company policies, procedures, and work rules.
• Assist in identifying and enforcing safety requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
