About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our billion-dollar monetization business. In this position, you'll be the driving force behind the design of our Ads B2B platform, focusing on crucial initiatives such as our cross-platform SDKs (iOS, Android, and Web), the publisher portal, and the development of new ad formats.
You'll lead the design strategy and execution, defining how publishers integrate with our ad platform, maximize their monetization, and access real-time data and insights. We're looking for a candidate with a strong design background and technical understanding who is comfortable with ambiguity and can unite our teams around a bold, scalable design vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for our B2B Ads platform, from initial concept to final execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate complex problems into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly design solutions that delight our publishers.
  • Champion a user-centered design approach, using data and research to inform your decisions and advocating for the best possible user experience.
  • Define and maintain a cohesive design language across all our products, contributing to and evolving our design system to ensure quality, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Present your work and design rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership, confidently articulating how your solutions address user needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products, particularly in the B2B or platform space.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping. You have a keen eye for detail and a track record of creating beautiful, functional interfaces.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can effectively partner with diverse teams and influence key decisions with your design perspective.
  • A deep sense of empathy for the end-user and a passion for solving real-world problems through design.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
