At the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina, our Turndown Attendants provide a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room. This service is provided to our guests in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.
What you will do
You will have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift.
Removes any used linens and replace for new ones.
Restock any amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery & pens.
Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
Works harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
What you bring
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to lift, push, pull or carry to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, kneel or stand for long periods.
