As a Financial Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for financial wellness conversations, account opening and servicing, and providing support to the Executive Planner(s) and Benefits Planner(s) as they work with executive participants in the plans we support. This role requires an understanding of financial services and investment management strategies. The Financial Benefits Consultant will work closely with the team and directly with executives to implement solutions, service accounts, and answer questions to help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants, providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication. Coordinate participant meetings with Executive Planner(s) and Benefits Planner(s)

  • Support the team by assisting with comprehensive financial plan creation and being knowledgeable about executive benefits and plans for participant inquiries

  • Implement and review investment strategies that align with risk tolerance and financial objectives. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investments.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with company policies

  • Support your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management

  • Registrations/Licensing: FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 required

  • FINRA fingerprinting required

  • Life insurance licensing preferred

  • Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) preferred

  • Knowledge of financial wellness and investment management strategies

Base Salary Range

$64,300.00 - $90,850.00
