What you'll do:

• Collaborative leadership: This role requires collaboration with a broad set of leaders and stakeholders
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and c-suit team, providing strategic insights and operational oversight to enhance decision-making
• Leadership: Be the "voice" of our CEO and leadership, representing the requirements, objectives, and mentality when approaching our mission-critical projects
• Monitoring trends in AI and all things entertainment to make sure the company is maintaining a competitive advantage/edge 
• Utilize scripting expertise to optimize and automate workflow processes
• Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for task offloading
• Assist with a variety of other day-to-day responsibilities to ensure smooth team and organizational operations

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in related field
• Entrepreneurial experience (Tech experience is a plus)
• Experience in a B2C businesses
• CS degree or in a relating field
• Skills: Powerful combination of IQ, EQ, and Communications skills – it’s important to develop a solid grasp of business strategy and progress, display a diplomatic balance of sharing the vision well, while being sensitive to the people with whom you are communicating
• Driving results with operational excellence: It’s necessary to constantly be driving to the big picture, and connected to the overall agenda, without losing sight of the myriad of things needed to ensure things keep moving and where personal ownership and involvement can help remove barriers and drive results
• Strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity are essential for this position
• Strong Product orientation and knowledge of how Product and Tech leaders work better together
