The Role. The Senior Manager, Learning Tech Strategies + Solutions sits within our Global Associate Development organization and reports to the Senior Director, Associate Development Strategies + Solutions. This individual is a key partner to our Performance and Brand Talent Advisors and Continent Learning Leaders to help solve our learning needs via our technology.
The Senior Manager provides thought leadership and develops + delivers meaningful business tech solutions that support the achievement of desired human capital performance outcomes and business results. All of this is accomplished through top notch platform knowledge and project management skills, research and analysis into current state, and contributing to the crafting of future state solutions. It requires curiosity that seeks to understand and creatively think through the most efficient and effective tech strategy or solution for business challenges and initiatives. It is essential to be a true consultative partner in the pursuit of the best possible solution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or related major; 4 years of experience in the areas of human capital consulting, organizational development, or learning and development, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
OR
• MBA degree from an accredited university; 2 years’ experience in human capital consulting, organizational development, learning and development, or related professional area
Preferred
• Focuses on results, adept at delivering under tight deadlines and pressure, maintaining sound judgment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
• Be proficient in using Excel, Smartsheet and Power Point
• Have project management skills, such as tracking project details in Smartsheet, following up on action items, sending meeting recaps, etc.
• Have a proven track record consulting to business leaders and delivering high impact talent solutions
• Be skilled at converting business needs into talent solutions and managing the execution of those projects.
• Have prior experience in identifying and managing customer & client needs, creatively approaching solutions, and deciding and influencing appropriate courses of action.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Building Business Relationships
Being an effective thought partner and subject matter expert on learning tech solutions is priority number one – however, effectiveness in this capacity is only possible through quality relationships with the HR Technology team, Performance & Brand Talent Advisors, Learning Design + Development, Global Technology team, Continent Learning Leaders, and the broader Associate Development COE. To achieve these relationships, it requires analysis and evaluation of client needs and data, an understanding of business priorities and organizational dynamics, a proactive approach that looks both near-term and long-term on behalf of Associate Development and stakeholders, and consistent delivery over and above expectations. The Senior Manager is also expected to work across and lead through influence across a wide range of stakeholders and cross-functional work teams to achieve results. The Senior Manager partners with the Senior Director, Associate Development Strategies + Solutions on key stakeholder interactions.
