Inventory Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic team member to join our team, contributing to the expansion of our business through the enhancement of inventory processes related to our GPS devices. In this role, you will work across our GPS vendor partners, our country-wide network of dealerships, our Lendbuzz Sales, Tech, and Operations teams. 
You MUST be a highly independent worker that can jump in and quickly become our subject matter expert, identify problems, and define solutions with limited guidance. You will be our GPS servicing champion and your primary goals will be to:1. Reduce our GPS expenses2. Enhance the GPS user experience 3. Own and resolve all GPS-related issues

Responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for the comprehensive management of GPS logistics, which includes configuring, implementing, and monitoring an inventory system designed to enable a high level of self-service
• Analyze and create GPS equipment demand forecasts, leveraging sales history data across all of Lendbuzz’s dealerships
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement a strategic approach for overseeing and optimizing GPS expenses effectively
• Generate and present detailed GPS inventory variance reports to the finance team each month
• Provide training and technical support to both internal and external GPS users, such as dealers, sales agents, and repossession managers, for the installation, activation, and operation of GPS devices
• Collaborate with our tech team to conceptualize and implement features aimed at continually improving the GPS user experience
• Collaborate with external GPS vendors, dealerships, and internal stakeholders for order management, replacements, and proactively monitor PO shipping status
• Implement a GPS returns process and facilitate the relocation of uninstallable GPS equipment back to the GPS vendors. 

Experience/Abilities:

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field
• Prior experience of successfully configuring and implementing an inventory management tracking system
• Advanced proficiency and comfort with large data sets is essential
• Proficient analytical skills, with a track record in forecasting
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory planning and replenishment strategies
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently
• Detail-oriented with a robust problem-solving aptitude
