ICAM Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst / Inventory Manager oversees the dynamic inventory of applications and systems, ensuring readiness scoring and prioritization align with onboarding objectives. This role involves aggregating and normalizing data from multiple sources, maintaining an authoritative onboarding inventory, and providing data-driven insights to support prioritization and throughput tracking. The Analyst will also support government validation audits by delivering log and metric analysis, collaborating with onboarding leads and program managers to drive informed decision-making.

Job Duties:  

• Aggregate and normalize data from ITIPS, eMASS, PEO portfolios, and network tools to maintain a comprehensive application inventory.  
• Apply readiness scoring rubrics to support application rationalization and prioritization.  
• Maintain and update the authoritative onboarding inventory to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.  
• Provide data-driven insights to prioritize onboarding efforts and track throughput metrics.  
• Support periodic government validation audits by preparing log and metric analysis and audit data packages.  
• Collaborate with onboarding leads and program managers to communicate insights and drive data-informed decisions.

Required Qualifications:  

• Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT inventories in large, federated environments.  
• Proficiency in data aggregation, normalization, and rationalization processes.  
• Exposure to ICAM-related data attributes and readiness scoring methodologies.  
• Strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.  
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB integration and familiarity with SailPoint and Okta reporting dashboards.  
• Proficiency with collaboration tools, including MS Teams and SharePoint.  
• Effective communication skills for engaging with onboarding leads and program managers.  
• Active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Certifications: Vendor certifications in Microsoft DevOps platforms or SQL.  
• Advanced experience in developing readiness scoring rubrics and dashboards for IT inventory management.  
• Familiarity with preparing audit data packages for government validation audits.  
• Expertise in delivering actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
