Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.</p> <p><strong>Job overview</strong></p> <p><span>The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Order to Cash (OTC) supports the Global Delivery Leader (GDL) in driving operational excellence across the OTC value chain.</span></p> <p><span>While the GDL sets the <strong>strategic direction, priorities, and performance targets</strong>, the GPO ensures these are <strong>translated into consistent, standardized, and well-controlled operational practices</strong> across global delivery teams and regions.</span></p> <p><span>This role acts as the <strong>implementation partner</strong> — enabling process adoption, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement in support of the GDL’s strategic roadmap.</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Partnering on Strategy Execution</strong></p><ul><li><span>Work closely with the GDL to understand the OTC strategy and <strong>translate priorities into executable processes</strong>.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with GDL in <strong>deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, and project tracking</strong>, ensuring operational readiness for process changes.</span></li><li><span>Provide input and insights from delivery teams to GDL, to help <strong>refine strategies and prioritize improvements</strong>.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Process Standardization &amp; Documentation</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Under the guidance of the GDL, prepare, update and maintain global OTC process documentation, SOPs, and control frameworks.</span></li><li><span>Ensure regional and BPO teams are <strong>aligned to globally defined standards</strong> set by the GDL, and any approved variations are documented.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Operationalization &amp; Enablement</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Support the GDL by <strong>embedding process designs into day-to-day operations</strong>, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent execution.</span></li><li><span>Assist GDL with training, change management, and knowledge-sharing to <strong>enable sustainable adoption</strong> of new tools or practices.</span></li><li><span>Partner with technology teams to <strong>implement automation and analytics initiatives</strong> as directed by the GDL.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Monitoring, Feedback &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Track performance metrics (e.g., DSO, on-time billing, dispute resolution) and share insights with the GDL to support <strong>data-driven decision-making and presentations</strong>.</span></li><li><span>Establish root cause analyses and continuous improvement actions that align with the <strong>strategic goals defined by the GDL</strong>.</span></li><li><span>Help ensure local teams are accountable for <strong>meeting performance targets</strong> and adopting corrective actions.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Governance &amp; Compliance Support</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with the GDL to <strong>embed SOX and internal control requirements</strong> in all OTC processes.</span></li><li><span>Ensure documentation, testing evidence, and audit readiness activities are <strong>operationalized across regions</strong>.</span></li><li><span>Partner with the GDL and Internal Controls team on remediation and control improvement plans.</span></li></ul> <p><span><b>Qualifications</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting; Professional certification (CPA, CA, Lean or Six Sigma preferred) </span></li><li><span>8+ years of experience in OTC or Shared Services, with exposure to global operations and process transformation.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience in <b>process implementation, standardization, and control frameworks</b>.</span></li><li><span>Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of <b>OTC systems, automation, and analytics tools</b> (e.g., RPA, AI/NLP).</span></li></ul><p><b>We offer:</b></p><ul><li>Contract of employment</li><li>Employee Assistance Program - wide range of services, advice on topics such as mental health, family problems, financial and legal issues, career management, preparation for retirement, etc.</li><li>Trainings from the first day of work</li><li>Insight and Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies</li><li>Various options for personal development (career paths, internal recruitment, trainings, assisting in ad-hoc projects etc.)</li><li>Possibility to use foreign languages on a daily basis</li><li>Teamworking and supportive atmosphere</li><li>Wide range of benefits: life insurance, private medical care, Multisport card</li><li>26 days of holiday regardless seniority</li><li>Over
