The Innovations team’s primary job is to build new, innovative applications using AI and analytics, with the goal of helping our customers effectively and efficiently deliver experience as a service (XaaS).

Job Summary

Manage and contribute to the end-to-end effort of bringing Genesys App Foundry applications and solutions to market.  From ideation, architecting, developing, testing, implementing, selling, delivering and maintaining applications and solutions, this role requires a Consulting and Product mindset.  

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in data integration activities including architecting, designing, development and testing phases. Architect the data warehouse and provide guidance to the team in implementation using Snowflak
• Experience building and deliverying contact center analytics systems
• Familiarity with the Genesys Engage Infomart
• Expertise in Snowflake data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
• Understanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud based implementation and Testing and clearly document the requirements to create technical and functions specs
• 8+ years of product development, product management, or consulting
• 3+ years working with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Effectively communicates to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, including developers, technical leads, peer architects, delivery owners, business owners, senior leaders, etc
• Experience with data and analytics applications

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certified in Snowflake
• Experience with Genesys Cloud
• Experience working with remote engineering teams
• Familiar with software development and project management frameworks
• Experience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc.]

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$121,500.00 - $238,400.00
