Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Getwell

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical system issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor maintenance personnel on troubleshooting techniques and equipment operation.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to improve efficiency and resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee inventory of spare parts and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Assist in the installation, repair, and upgrade of electrical and hydraulic systems.

 

Work Environment:

  • Industrial/manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Requires standing, lifting, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
  • May involve shift work, weekends, or on-call responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in electrical, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with expertise in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a maintenance team.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
