The Impact you will have in this role:

The Development family is responsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions. May include research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities related to software products used internally or externally on product platforms supported by the firm. The software development process requires in-depth subject matter expertise in existing and emerging development methodologies, tools, and programming languages. Software Developers work closely with business partners and / or external clients in defining requirements and implementing solutions. The Software Engineering role specializes in planning, documenting technical requirements, designing, developing, and testing all software systems and applications for the firm. Works closely with architects, product managers, project management, and end-users in the development and enhancement of existing software systems and applications, proposing and recommending solutions that solve complex business problems.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an Enterprise Intelligence function focused on delivering actionable insights for decision-making to various internal stakeholders.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to implement and manage data warehouse solutions
• Using Gen AI and other innovative opportunities to create solutions to support decision-making via data products (e.g. reports, dashboards, etc.)
• Prioritize Continuous Improvement initiatives related to service delivery to mitigate risks.
• Partner with business users/IT senior leaders to ensure deliverables are properly aligned with program and other roadmaps.
• Balance demand and resources for short- and long-term budget planning.
• Create an inclusive environment across all aspects of the team including continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
• Recommend resolution of technical problems based on root cause analysis.
• Refine work estimates to ensure resource allocation is optimized
• Responsible for the overall management of the team and specific business applications (including technical designs).
• Provide leadership and handles all aspects of team management, including the development of employees, employee reviews, team-building, and other activities that support the organization
• Understand the complexity of regulatory environment and ensure compliance
• Control success criteria from design through deployment for all non- functional requirements, including all aspects of resiliency and scalability
• Partner with the Enterprise Application Support (EAS) and Infrastructure and Shared Services teams to establish a production attitude and reduce risk and outages in our production environments
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience related to BI and tools, and GenAI
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
