About the role

As Senior Product Manager for RGM Core, you will lead global data and analytics products across price, promo, and assortment management. You will partner with global IT&D, Sales, and OX functions to unlock data-driven growth opportunities, ensure high-quality analytics delivery, and enable strategic decision-making. A strong communicator and influencer, you will help shape and scale modern omni sales capabilities and drive adoption across markets

Your responsibilities

 

  • Own and deliver the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Core product roadmap using agile methods (ACAP/ADAN), ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Drive product adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement across markets.
  • Collaborate with global teams and market stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Lead country and regional implementations; manage risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure analytics products meet high standards of data governance, privacy, and integrity.
  • Establish scalable data processes and mappings aligned with Data & Analytics platform "Trinity" architecture.
  • Champion data readiness and quality across Sales and Trade Marketing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of commercial data to support decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights (e.g., POS, Nielsen, Iqvia, Finance).
  • Drive ROI-focused analytics projects and business change initiatives.
  • Define and track success metrics, from planning through benefit realization.
  • Lead process improvements and help reimagine business models through analytics.

 

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelors’ degree or similar qualification with IT/Business, Sales / Ecommerce experience as core subjects
  • A minimum of 5 years practical experience gained working within a commercial organization in a business analysis or similar role
  • Candidate must have a high level of commercial acumen, be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of commercial business processes and their interdependencies, and articulate how technology is used as a strategic enabler to run and transform a commercial operation
