We are Hiring an exceptional and self-motivated Lead Bentley Administrator to take charge of our Bentley systems and lead our team to success. As the Lead Bentley Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Bentley ORD and OBD, ProjectWise Cloud, and various Department of Transportation Workspaces, such as MDOT, VDOT, SCDOT, NCDOT, WVDOT, and more. Your expertise in these areas will be critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our projects and workflows.

Responsibilities
- Bentley Systems Management: Manage and administer Bentley OpenRail, OpenRoads, ProjectWise Cloud, and other relevant Bentley applications. Set up and configure the necessary environments and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Department of Transportation (DOT) Workspaces: Collaborate with various DOT agencies, including MDOT, VDOT, SCDOT, NCDOT, WVDOT, etc., to implement and optimize their workspaces. Stay updated with their specific requirements and tailor the Bentley systems accordingly.
- Training and User Group Forums: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for team members and users to enhance their proficiency with Bentley applications. Organize and run user group forums to encourage knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative work environment.
- System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve Bentley workflows and processes to streamline project execution, improve productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to team members and users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving any challenges related to Bentley systems and applications.
- Upgrades and Maintenance: Oversee the timely installation of software updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure the systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures related to Bentley systems and applications.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, align Bentley systems with their needs, and address any challenges that arise.
Required Qualifications
- Training and Leadership: Proven experience in developing and delivering training sessions, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of Bentley administrators.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Bentley administration and project management.
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, users, and DOT representatives.
- Detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in configuring and maintaining Bentley systems.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
