Seasonal Human Resources Specialist 

How You Will Make a Difference    

What you will do:   

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and management in all areas including employee relations, staffing, compensation and benefits administration, and training. Maintain accurate records, personnel files, and the Human Resources database. Assist in carrying out policies and procedures throughout the HR department.

Skills for Success   

What we expect you already know:   

High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate degree preferred. Minimum of one year of experience preferred. Proficient PC skills. 

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
