Event Assistant

As an Event Assistant at This Is Voice, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and follow-up of various events. You will work closely with the event management team to ensure that every detail is taken care of, making our events run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, from conception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed smoothly.
2. Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including managing event schedules, budgets, and documentation.
4. Marketing Assistance: Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including the creation and distribution of event materials, social media updates, and email campaigns.
5. Problem Solving: Act quickly to resolve any issues that may arise during events and adapt to changing circumstances.
6. Post-Event Evaluation: Assist in the post-event analysis, gathering feedback, and summarizing data to improve future events.

Requirements
