TxDOT’s Bridge Division is looking for a Bridge Preservation Engineer! This engineer will support and lead statewide bridge preservation initiatives including; developing bridge preservation plans and strategies; leading TxDOT’s bridge instrumentation and Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) efforts; perform condition and damage surveys on existing bridges; and manage consultants performing detailed NDE, bridge condition assessments, and coatings inspection services. This engineer will report to the Construction and Maintenance Branch within Bridge Division. The work location will be at 6230 E Stassney Lane, Austin, Texas 78744.
