We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to lead a suite of small to medium sized programs within our Airborne Mobile portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and expertise in Program Management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects in the aerospace and defense industry. As the Senior Program Manager for Airborne Mobile programs, your responsibilities encompass the full end to end lifecycle of product development, winning business, program delivery and operational excellence. This includes developing program plans, schedules and budgets, as well as managing customer relationships and ensuring adherence to program goals and objectives.
The role operates within both the Integrated Solutions product area alongside adjacent programs requiring synergy. The ability to work positively and constructively in a matrix environment, through exceptional influence, strong leadership and stakeholder management is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of programs, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Utilize Earned Value Management to track program performance and recommend appropriate adjustments as needed.
Own the customer interface, fostering a collaborative "One Team" culture with the customer and ensuring exemplary standards of service and value proposition.
Participate in and lead contract negotiations, including preparing proposals, business plans, and operational budgets.
Identify and address program problems, supporting solutions to drive increased scope and value for both our company and our customers.
Prepare and present internal and external executive-level briefs and Gate Reviews detailing program plans, progress reports, and risks/opportunities.
Interface with multiple internal and geographically dispersed team members, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in government, defense, aerospace or related industry.
Experience leading development and production programs.
Proven experience leading all phases of programs, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Demonstrated experience in Earned Value Management and/or P&L management.
Customer-facing program leadership experience, with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel for customer, company, and program-related activities (up to 25%).
University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Must current have an Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Secret security clearance prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Must have a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstate
