About the role
Specific Job Functions:
- Support the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the HRIS and other systems.
- Train the Human Resources team and Operators on the system to ensure proper use and functionality.
- Identify ways to streamline processes with the use of the HRIS (UKG Environment).
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user support materials.
- Prepare and send out Union Reports, Monthly DETR Report, EEO Annual Report, and Gaming Reports.
- Ensure Union progressions and adjustments are tracked and processed accordingly.
- Responsible for benefit reports.
- Review and process Human Resources transactions in the Human Resources system.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through timely regular audits and validation.
- Confirm staffing levels are correct by review of property’s Compendium.
- Maintain the Human Resources analytics information within database ensuring accuracy of information.
- Ensure compliance with employee records related to licensing and I-9 information.
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and other required documentation for compliance purposes.
- Ensure documents are properly uploaded into Employee Files.
- Manage multiple projects with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality with all matters within the department.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Qualifications
- Three years experience in Human Resources prefered.
- Three years of HRIS analystics preferred.
- Solid knowledge in using Human Resource Information Systems such as UKG Pro, Workforce Management, Workday, ADP, and other related systems.
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level Excel experience.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Proactively problem solve.
- Ability to manage time and priorities to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to compile, research and analyze information.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
- Communicate effectively in both verbally and written form.
- Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).
