The Superficial Venous Interventions (SVI) team is looking for candidates who want to work together to improve the lives of patients living with Chronic Venous Insufficiency. The Sr. Product Manager role for our ClosureFast portfolio offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional and global partners to bring our recently-launched RFA catheter to patients around the world.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Build and execute comprehensive product marketing and communications plans across multiple channels including promotional activities, digital media, campaigns, and sales initiatives to advance our value proposition
  • Develop unit (product/service) forecast in collaboration with all geographies, provide inputs to finance teams for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and close support to the process of inventory management, as well as inputs/close support in training needs and continuous improvement opportunities for field team
  • Incorporate market insight I– including intelligence and competitive analysis – to inform demand forecasts for global and/or regional demand reviews, develop pricing strategy with pricing team. Collaborate with local pricing teams to set list, target, and floor prices.
  • Support quality tasks when needed (complaint management, support recall issues and tasks) Develop robust phase in/phase out plans and reflect in IBP to ensure product continuity, demand and inform inventory management
  • Marketing collateral creation and maintenance in support of our marketing programs
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure effective program development and execution

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or healthcare-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally in product management, marketing, or commercial operations (5 years with an advanced degree.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing product lifecycle activities, forecasting, inventory planning, and field readiness with demonstrated expertise in interventional therapies a plus
  • Strong analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills aimed at complex stakeholder management, both internally within the organization and externally
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.
