As a Production Associate, you will be trained on how to operate machines in our fabrication shop! If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and are coachable, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Understand the machine and producing the product via information and drawings provided
• Achieve weekly goals for production schedule
• Daily reporting to Machine Lead on consumables and tooling needed
• Ensure quality of the product is to drawings and specifications
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance of the machine

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Apple IOS and Android OS platforms
• Proficient in Tekla EPM GO, preferred
•  Prolonged periods of standing/walking
• Ability to lift/carry up to fifty (50) pounds

Salary:

• $16-22/Hour
• Dependent upon experience.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7 AM – 4:30 PM, adjusted based on production needs, which can include working weekends or night shift
• Work schedule flexibility is required

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
