Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Operations Analysis and Reporting, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, based in our Stamford, CT headquarters. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 
Field Facing
-    Provide centralized reporting and analytics for Manufacturing and Logistics co-pilots (Logistics and Plant Controllers) as well as Functional Operations Leadership 
-    Track and report operational KPI’s. 
-    Lead monthly forecast and annual budget (OPL) process across manufacturing and Logistics finance co-pilots.
-    Share end-to-end company story from corporate planning broadly across the operations organization. 
-    Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations as needed. 

Corporate Facing 
-    Prepare forecast and plan consolidations of all Purchasing, Logistics and Technical and Production (total operations) results for use by operations leadership and handoff to Corporate Planning 
-    Provide business CFO support for all Total Delivered Costs (TDC) results understanding divisional splits of forecast and OPL. 
-    Coordinate functional inputs to cause of change reporting and analysis. 
-    Partner with Corporate Planning to fully understand accountability financials by division. 
-    Coordinate and prepare operations storyboards (Monthly BHR with actuals, forecast, Plan, MBS, ad-hoc visitors) 
-    Provide Executive Team Member support for meetings (recurring and ad-hoc) 
-    Track annualized TDC savings and report on headcount productivity for total operations.

People Leadership
-    Lead and manage individual contributors.
-    Train, develop, and succession plan the direct reports to enable best in class work output.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include but not limited to: 
-    10+ years of total finance experience, ideally with a background in Production and Supply Chain in CPG industry 
-    Proficiency in SAP 4 Hana required.
-    Excellent storytelling skills (from data gathering to stakeholder presentation preparation)
-    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create complex financial models. 
-    Must be able to balance technical skills with business knowledge. 
-    Experience leading projects across disciplines and functions and providing training. 
-    Must be comfortable working cross functionally and with all levels of the organization. 
-    Strong Leadership and commitment to development of Finance professionals 
-    High sense of ownership, accountability, responsibility, and urgency 
-    Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, timeliness, and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 
-    Ability to summarize findings and present action plans, solutions, and recommendations in a well thought out and concise fashion. 
-    Executive understanding of business strategy 
-    Excellent modeling skills 
-    Excellent communication (business writing)
