Job Summary/Basic Functions

The graduate assistant will help with all ticketed events and process payments with Baseball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Football, Women's Volleyball, and Softball in ETIX. The GA will assist in reconciling, game ops set up, and breakdown.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Must be enrolled in Graduate School at EKU. 

Job Duties:

• 50% - Working all ticketed athletic events. Event set up, scan tickets, and reconcile all payments. - (Essential)
• 40% - Assist the ticket office with phone calls and customer service. - (Essential)
• 10% - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned with the Director of Ticket Office. - (Essential)
