Super Soccer Stars of Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Programs Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our children's soccer programming with a focus on rapid expansion and quality of coaches. You'll work directly with experienced owners and other leadership to aggressively grow programs within the greater Columbia/ Lexington area. You must be passionate about working with and mentoring children and coaches. You must be unafraid to be in touch with your inner child and relentless in the desire to bring our fun curriculum to children all around Cola, SC!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the region
- Manage and maintain relationships with partner organizations, schools, and community centers
- Oversee the scheduling and administration of classes, camps, and events
- Monitor and analyze program performance to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that all programs are aligned with company standards and guidelines
- Lead and mentor a team of coaches and staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
- Experience in program management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for youth sports and dedication to providing a positive experience for children
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working with schools and community organizations is a plus
