Mortgage Servicing Loan Processor

Do you enjoy helping customers, ensuring smooth processes, and are attentive to details? The Central Bank Real Estate Servicing Department is hiring for a Mortgage Servicing Loan Processor. 

 

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all things related to Substitution of Liability and Assumptions. This will include answering questions and discussing the process of the application, underwriting, and closing times, in a timely and courteous manner. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming applications, inputting data into the appropriate system, processing applications, and  preparing appropriate documentation. This role will require you to work directly with customers to ensure the proper completion of all steps within the process.

 

You will also be cross trained in other areas of Loan Servicing and will be able to help facilitate accurate and timely processing of work. To ensure exceptional customer service, we will ask you to help produce task manuals for when you are out of the office. In this role, we will expect you to be able to work with as a team with other department employees and uphold bank and federal policies, laws, and regulations.  

 

This position can work from any of the affiliate Central Bank office in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Illinois, or Florida, with a preference in Jefferson City, MO. 

 

 

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have great customer service and communication skills, both verbally and written. We are looking for someone who is attentive to details, organized, and excels at time management. You will need to be a problem solver and a critical thinker, with analytical and basic math skills. We need someone who has the desire to continue to learn more about regulations and compliance as it applies to the role.

 

We would prefer someone with a few years of experience within the mortgage industry. Experience in Encompass, LoanServ, and other computer systems is also preferred, but not required. As long as you are open to learning, we can teach you the necessary computer systems and functions.
