Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The intern will assist with daily tasks and projects, contributing to meaningful work that aligns with their academic background and career goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with ongoing projects and contribute ideas to support team goals
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and help with follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and complete assignments
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization
- Learn and use company tools and software to complete tasks
- Present a final project or report summarizing experience and key learnings (if directed) at end of the internship
Required Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Program in a related field within Business and Supply Chain Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or relevant tools
- Willingness to learn and have a positive attitude
Preferred Qualification:
- Previous internship or related work experience
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools, (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Python, Salesforce, etc.)
- Interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain

- Constantly move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Specific abilities required by the job include positioning oneself to lift or move objects weighing up to 40lbs.
- Constant movement and use of limbs. Specific abilities required by this job include prolonged sitting, twisting and working under a microscope for long periods of time will be required. Occasional Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and gripping is required daily.
- Frequently observe, detect, discern, and convey information. Specific abilities required by this job include near, far and color vision acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Ability to safely control surgical razor blades and small hand tools used to manipulate tuning stub under a microscope. Specific abilities required by this job include the frequent requirement of overtime work.
