Where We Need You
We are looking for a People & Culture Senior Business Partner to join our team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our Seattle office several times per week as well as travel to Salt Lake City.

As a People & Culture Senior Business Partner, you will deliver on key talent priorities with an emphasis on performance management, integration of new practice professionals, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. You are a culture builder who effectively establishes and maintains strong relationships across the firm, fostering an environment where employees can thrive. You will bring a solid understanding of business strategy and practice needs, along with industry, skill and geographical trends, enabling you to provide informed, strategic people guidance.
What You Will Be Doing
Partner closely with senior leaders to implement a localized version of our HR agenda that closely supports the overall goals of the organization.
Partner with leaders to reinforce an inclusive, respectful workplace culture in alignment with Protiviti’s values.
Analyze workforce trends and people data to inform talent decisions, workforce planning, and leadership discussions.
Communicate and align business objectives with both leaders and employees.
Serve as a business partner to leaders on human resource-related issues, including employee engagement and experience within designated teams.
Maintain ongoing awareness of practice professionals’ strengths and development needs to support growth, development, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
Manage performance issues, investigations, employee relations matters, and project-related concerns, escalating as appropriate.
