<p>Job Description</p><p>#LI-JL1<br/>#LI-Hybrid</p><p></p><h1>Can you imagine being the calm lighthouse for the project team in an environment where change is a constant? </h1><p>Join us with your phenomenal project leadership skills and together we influence how and what the LEGO Group brings to the market! </p><p></p><p><u>Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role. </u></p><p></p><h2>Core Responsibilities </h2><ul><li><p>Lead, drive and plan product and experiences from idea to launch collaborating with colleagues within and outside Licensing & Extended Line </p></li><li><p>Secure project progression and stakeholder management throughout the project </p></li><li><p>Lead risk management and assessment across both feasibility, desirability, and viability and secure mitigation activities through project lifetime with a full E2E value chain perspective </p></li><li><p>Responsible for quality delivery and key player in complexity management </p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvements on processes based on learnings </p></li><li><p>Challenge business rationale from a feasibility and profitability point of view </p></li><li><p>Key driver of motivation & satisfaction in the project team together with the lead team by setting clear direction, align expectations and running team activities </p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Play your part in our team succeeding </h2><p>The Licensing & Extended Line team focuses on enriching and extending the LEGO portfolio to predominately non-brick categories, and we aspire to deliver relevant products that surround LEGO play to foster creative play culture. </p><p></p><p>We focus on motivating and supporting the teams to be the best version of themselves and balancing innovation and value chain optimization! </p><p></p><p>As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for strategy deployment, project planning, resource and budget management, process optimization, ways of working and secure the overall project progress to meet critical milestones. </p><p></p><h2>Do you have what it takes? </h2><ul><li><p>5 + years experience in project management with valid certification </p></li><li><p>Experience working with external partners and agile project management </p></li><li><p>Proven track record in leadership, process understanding, facilitation and optimization </p></li><li><p>Solid know how on supply chain management such as operations, planning and procurement </p></li><li><p>An excellent teammate and collaborator with strong communication skills and passionate about working with cross functional colleagues and senior partners </p></li><li><p>Resilient when things are tough, able to remove roadblocks and look for different ways to achieve the objective </p></li><li><p>Self-driven with a positive, proactive, humoristic and can- do mindset </p></li><li><p>Commercial understanding and acumen </p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What’s in it for you? </h2><p>Here are some of what to expect:</p><ul><li><p>Family Care Leave – We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.</p></li><li><p>Insurances – All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.</p></li><li><p>Wellness – We want you to be your best self, so you'll have access to the Headspace App and lots of wellbeing initiatives and programmes run by local teams where you are based.</p></li><li><p>Colleague Discount – We know you'll love to build so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.</p></li><li><p>Bonus – We do our best work to succeed together.
