About the Role

As a Talent Business Partner, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on salaried and non-exempt plant-based roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

 

Additional Expectation

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, with a strong preference for recruiting within a manufacturing workforce.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software; experience with UKG is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Skilled in managing multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
