Consider joining our team as an Accounting Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio.
 

Who you are:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• You have 5+ years of accounting experience.
• You have a deep understanding of construction accounting work.
• You are proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• You demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are initiative-taking with a keen attention to detail.
• You are an analytical person who can oversee a variety of challenges.
• You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you will do as an Accounting Manager:

• Create monthly financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry specific accounting standards.
• Supervise accounting and administrative staff.
• Provide strategic insights based on financial analysis.
• Track, monitor, and report on job costs and evaluate work in process (WIP). 
• Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5+ years of experience
• Construction accounting work experience
• Literacy in MS Office
• Yardi experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto-insurance, reliable vehicle
