The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Sr. Enrollment Kit & Documents Representative to support the Retirement Plan Services business. This will be a remote, work from home position.
Background Details
As the Sr. Enrollment Kit & Documents Representative, using your strong attention to detail skills and creative eye, you will contribute to the graphic design of operational documents. You will work with stakeholders to develop and maintain enrollment materials related to employer-sponsored defined contribution plans for all market types such as 403(b), 401(k), 457(b), 401(a), etc. in a document automation environment. In this hybrid role, you will also maintain administrative forms, creative materials, internal documents and other client specific materials. If this sounds like a role for you, please read on!
What you'll be doing
- You will develop, maintain and distribute enrollment materials to reflect plan requirements, ordering enrollment kits while maintaining excellent records of activity. You will also maintain and distribute operational forms and documents.
- You will work directly with internal stakeholders, peers and vendors to meet or exceed deadlines while maintaining accuracy, controlling expenses (printing), meeting compliance, legal and regulatory standards, and adhering to editorial and brand guidelines.
- You will ensure content is appropriate to the plan’s market type, plan document and consistent with guidelines and procedures. You will also promote quality control by identifying gaps and omissions in data.
- You will make positive contributions by learning new skills, procedures and processes, promoting a culture of teamwork with a positive attitude, and by assisting other team members as needed.
What we’re looking for
Must-have experience (Required):
- High School Diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
- 3-5+ Years of experience in the retirement and/or financial services industry that aligns with the responsibilities for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):
- Knowledge of graphic design principles with experience utilizing Adobe InDesign.

The pay range for this position is $25.69 - $32.45 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
