Job Details

 

As an Accounting Clerical Support Specialist, you must:

• Be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Have an understanding of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall
• Be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management and prioritization skills
• Provide administrative support; including a wide variety of duties comprising of answering phones, data entry, scanning, filing, record keeping and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of office/clerical/administrative experience
• Strong computer (MS Office Suite) and business correspondence skills a must
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to work independingly, take direction
