R.O. Recreation Center- Guest Services

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Services team member for our Recreation Center. The Guest Services staff plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors to the facility. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Process guest registrations and payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Uphold facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests
