Inventory Admin 2nd shift

$19/hr + $1.50 shift differential + overtime

Job Duties

•            Run the physical inventory status report (KR) daily by location for cycle counts

•            Run the cycle count accuracy reports daily to check for errors or major discrepancies.

•            Research any discrepancies and issue total counts for products as needed.

•            Update the non-data base spread sheet and e-mail on a weekly basis to the network manager.

•            Update the cycle count spread sheet daily or weekly.

•            Run and file the physical cycle count report and the cycle count accuracy reports weekly and month to day from every week by type.

•            Send out to management the weekly discrepancies by area.

•            SKU counts and research

Necessary Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, printers, computer, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible, a self-starter and able to multitask and prioritize
• Experience with WMS, SAP, LMS and TPS
• Must have above average attendance, above average response to company requested overtime, and meet all Quality standards.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and effectively use math and related skills; legible handwriting.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• High School Diploma

Work involves sitting at periods of time, talking, hearing, and using a computer mouse and keypad throughout the day.
