The Associate Director, Compensation Programs Enablement reports to the Director, Compensation Programs COE and works in close partnership with the Compensation Leadership team. The leader in this position will manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation data tools and processes to streamline operations, drive consistency, provide key insights, and improve accuracy.

The Associate Director, Compensation Programs Enablement will lead a team of compensation professionals and will have responsibilities in several key areas:

- Collaborate with Compensation Leadership team to develop and execute a holistic compensation program enablement strategy, ensuring connection with roadmap aligning with overall compensation strategy, vision and priorities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation processes and practices.

- Design, develop and implement advanced analytics and reporting tools that derive meaningful insights and contribute to strategic decision-making; maintain user-centered design ensuring what’s delivered is highly usable and effectively meets needs of end user.

- Effectively guide team in development of tools, processes or other infrastructure needed to optimize several key areas including vendor management, Workday UAT, data governance, payment processing, survey participation, plan document management, calculations, accruals, reporting, and associate consumable dashboards for short-term incentives, and audit support.

- Utilize existing software and tools to create workflows to streamline processes.

- Prioritize back-log of work by collaborating with key leaders within the Compensation team.

-Utilize continuous process improvement philosophies to ensure solutions are effective and flexible.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 or more years of technical experience
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of Compensation or HR experience

Location

  • Team works East Coast hours, open to remote or Louisville KY Headquarters

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$136,200 - $187,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
