The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Logistics Reporting Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the Global Logistics Performance Manager in assessing current data and reporting gaps and deploying a global logistics data visibility roadmap.

  • Working with cross-functional teams as the business lead to build out next generation reporting owned by the logistics process team.

  • Collecting business requirements and facilitating discussions with technical teams to translate those requirements into technical solutions and real-time dashboards / business insights.

  • Establishing business governance around the usage of global logistics data across the enterprise.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of Global Logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND Eleven (11) years of equivalent experience in Global Logistics in a a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Experience in Project Management and leading cross functional teams in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Proven track record as a self-starter and independent worker

  •  Collaborator with excellent oral and written communication skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT from an accredited institution

  • Proven track record as a self-starter and independent worker

  •  Collaborator with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of global trade management solutions, transportation management solutions, warehouse management solutions, and ERP systems (preferably SAP 9.6 TM, GTS, and ECC and S4HANA).

  • Knowledge of technical fields in SAP 9.6 and S4HANA for data mapping.

  • Experience with SQL, PBI, and Microsoft PowerApps. 

  • Working knowledge of data systems, design, and data technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts and quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.

  • Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to root-cause problems and quickly articulate creative, practical solutions.

Work location: Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
