National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area!

We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

We are seeking a Home Health RN who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Position Details:

• Role: Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse
• Schedule: Every other weekend commitment
• Expectations: Availability to complete 3 starts of care per day
• Compensation: Higher hourly rate for weekend hours worked

What We’re Looking For:

• Current and active RN license
• 1-2 years of HH experience-required
• OASIS knowledge-required
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
