What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Project Manager at Nextech, you’ll be at the center of driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of America’s largest HVAC/R service provider. This leadership role is all about execution, influence, and results—you’ll oversee projects that expand scalability, fuel innovation, and transform the way we do business.

• Lead high-profile projects from concept to completion—delivering on time, on budget, and aligned with company strategy

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and measurable outcomes

• Build, guide, and inspire cross-functional teams while ensuring seamless collaboration

• Drive ERP implementations and process improvements to optimize operations

• Anticipate risks, implement proactive strategies, and resolve issues with confidence

• Maintain visibility for senior leadership through clear updates, risk assessments, and results-driven reporting

• Conduct post-project evaluations to shape best practices and fuel future success

Min Compensation

USD $105,000.00/Yr.

Max Compensation

USD $115,000.00/Yr.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proven leader who thrives on challenge, embraces change, and delivers results that matter. This role is for a strategic thinker and hands-on manager who can drive performance while fostering collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects

• PMP Certification required

• Six Sigma Certification required

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and developing others through coaching and feedback

• Strong problem-solving skills, advanced Excel expertise, and comfort working under pressure

• Previous HVAC industry or service-based business experience strongly preferred
